Books, Magazines and Newspapers are meant only for the purpose of reading only, and are not to be issued or taken away.
Books Magazines & Newspapers removed from the shelves, should be kept at the place where they belong upon use.
No material belonging to the premises can be taken out and the same would be treated as theft and dealt accordingly.
If any violation of the rules and regulations happens the candidate would be liable to lose the privilege of membership and may be debarred from using the premises.
All the rules and regulations will be implemented as per the guidelines issue by the government from time to time.
Any inconvenience caused due to any unavoidable/unforeseen circumstances is regretful but, the administration would not be held responsible for the same.
The membership is non transferable.
Fees can not be adjusted or refunded under any circumstances
